As a returning customer at The Bike Zone Mississauga, I was deeply disappointed with my recent purchase. I was forced to take a floor model despite stock showing online, and received a rude "take it or leave it" response from the manager when asking about in-box options. On top of that, their pre-delivery check failed completely—I rode off only to find the electronic derailleur batteries were missing on one and dead on the other. Wow. This was my first time to the store and it’s huge, they have so many bikes. I worked with Diego and he hooked me up with a new Aethos. The specific model I was looking for was still in the box, but he was able to have the team build it right away so I could leave with the bike. What service! And chill people to talk to. I will be back!

Large inventory, great customer service. I've recently discovered this store and have had positive experiences both times I've visited. The first time was when I was having my bike serviced at a different store, where that store mentioned I wouldn't be able to pick up my bike for a few days due to a part shortage. I found stock at The Bike Zone's inventory, and was able to purchase and supply it to the other store in order to expedite my work order with them.
