5/5!! I’m so unbelievably happy with my purchase and feel like I got the right bike! Zachary and everyone was super helpful today. I picked up a Felt gravel bike and I’m happy that they went through every bike option with me. A lot of bike stores will try to upsell you on a bike but they made sure I ended up with the right bike! I look forward to buying bikes and getting my current fleet serviced from here!
