Have had good experiences with Bike Zone in the past, but recently did an online order for same day pickup. Emailed to confirm it would be available but it was cancelled because their price is apparently only valid if you purchase brakes by the pair, even though you can add left/right separately to the cart, and are priced individually. This was the best bike shopping experience I've ever had in the GTA area. They had a huge selection of amazing bikes, even some special edition S-Works with team liveries. Every staff member was friendly and patient, answering my questions and offering expert advice. A huge thank you to Jordan for this perfect shopping experience!

I'd like to start off by saying this is my third bike purchase from The Bike Zone. I purchased a Specialized Sirrus 5.0 X back in 2024 and I purchased another bike from them, the Specialized Roubaix SL8 Sport mid summer (from their Barrie location). Unfortunately this bike wasn't the right fit and style for my liking so Zack spent so much time to help me trade it in and land on a Specialized Tarmac SL8 Expert Ultegra.
