I had a fantastic experience at The Bike Zone thanks to Josh! I went in to buy a trail bike and had a lot of questions. Josh was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Did a bike fit with Ivo at the beginning of the month to get ready for my first 70.3 and it went super well, he’s super knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend if you’re coming in for a bike fit to get it done with Ivo!

Was gonna just get something for a couple hundred but Kiran gave expert recommendations tailored to what I was looking for. I ended up spending almost $4k and the recommendation was perfect. I must’ve asked him about a dozen bikes, he was patient and happy to help Skilled but honest salesman! Him and the other guys at TBZ had my bike assembled, tuned and swapped to tubeless within an hour Kiran even fixed my golf swing while I waited for the bike to be assembled. Guy is a blade of purity if I’ve ever seen one.
