Awesome customer service and service is always done well and in good time
I cannot recommend Bike Zone enough. The service was incredible and am beyond happy with my bike and the extra time they took to make sure they found the perfect one for me. Special shout out to Phil who went the extra mile (or kilometer) to build my bike, staying beyond the time his shift ended to ensure I was set up. Big thank you to Jordan as well! Excellent service.
Wonderful experience picking up a new bike from Bike Zone. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, from “Evel Knievel” helping me locate a bike I was interested in and having it built up for me, Zack helping with the rest of the purchase, and the friendly guy helping me set up the bike for my weight and type of riding (sorry I didn’t catch your name!). Fully recommend visiting Bike Zone, I’ll definitely be coming back.
