Great service! Will be taking my bikes here for services in the future.
They could import the bolts kit I needed. I am very glad with the service, Tom (Store Manager) is completely kind and helpful.
Poor service. Not friendly or very willing to help
The service is very poor. I scheduled an appointment just to replace a bolt, when I went to the store, a guy told me that they don’t have this kind of bold and I have to bring the piece if I want they to replace them. They don’t offer me any other solution. I wasted time and gasoline driving there for nothing. If they are not able to provide this kind of service, they should call me after submitting my appointment request to avoid wasting my time.
