This is about the franchise and my experience with both Barrie and Orillia: DO NOT GET YOUR BIKE REPIRED HERE - NEVER! Left my Viper Max, a derivative of an Emmo, there in the early winter of 2025., I finally got it back destroyed In September of that year,. They did not know what was wrong so started to pug and play with parts they had (not many in stock obviously). No knowledge whatsoever of what they were doing and obviously no test tools.
