I made the mistake of giving this shop a try after hearing it had new ownership, it’s a place I used to go growing up. I wanted to support a new Local small business owner as I usually use crank and sprocket down the road and they are usually great to deal with. I called on June 18 to book a tune-up and was told to drop the bikes off on june 19. Amazing service. Quick, friendly and cheerful.
We were on a multi-day bike tour when my front hydraulic brake failed. I called the shop hoping for a same day repair, and Ben was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. They got my bike fixed quickly so we could continue our trip. This is a friendly, professional service, and I highly recommend this bike shop. Thanks again, Ben!!
Well stocked both traditional and Electric powered bikes. Great variety of top quality Bikes. The owner is friendly and the staff is knowledgeable. They have parts beyond just tubes. The repair area can fix about anything.
Just Don't! Terrible repair shop. They have no idea what their doing. They can't even tru a wheel. They took my wheel for 4 days and returned it saying "we dont know how to fix this" then wanted me to buy a new wheel from their shop. i took the bent wheel to another shop and they fixed it while I waited and laughed about bike stop.... apparently they hear it all the time
