Well stocked both traditional and Electric powered bikes. Great variety of top quality Bikes. The owner is friendly and the staff is knowledgeable. They have parts beyond just tubes. The repair area can fix about anything.
Just Don't! Terrible repair shop. They have no idea what their doing. They can't even tru a wheel. They took my wheel for 4 days and returned it saying "we dont know how to fix this" then wanted me to buy a new wheel from their shop. i took the bent wheel to another shop and they fixed it while I waited and laughed about bike stop.... apparently they hear it all the time
Very friendly staff with a wide selection of products from entry level to high end bicycles and equipment. Highly recommend shopping here and supporting local over purchasing from big-box stores.

This is about the franchise and my experience with both Barrie and Orillia: DO NOT GET YOUR BIKE REPIRED HERE - NEVER! Left my Viper Max, a derivative of an Emmo, there in the early winter of 2025., I finally got it back destroyed In September of that year,. They did not know what was wrong so started to pug and play with parts they had (not many in stock obviously). No knowledge whatsoever of what they were doing and obviously no test tools.
