Terrible! Bike was trashed. Called 3 separate times to confirm the details on the demo bike for sale. I was assured each call the bike is just like new…Drove 3 hours and the bike was absolutely filthy, warped front rim, front brake did not work, large paint chip right to carbon showing and many scuffs. Some would say “but it’s a used demo”. But the shop owner assured me each phone call, bike was just like new and perfect, he even went as far to say he’s going to have it all cleaned up for when I arrive. Just bought a new Santa Monica bike and love it. Paul and the team are always easy to deal with and have fair prices. Great service!
They have decent stuff in there, But i went in and asked specifically for a half.link single speed bike chain and was given the wrong chain, ive been here before and never had problems with anything but their prices. Kinda steep prices, but makes up for the good service, other than the wrong part given
Passing by the shop on my lunch break, decided to stop by. A boy no older than 15 tried to assist me. I asked if they have a few minutes to install a dropper post. He said it’s 1 to 2 weeks to have it installed as it’s a “very complicated” job. I thought it was satire but he said it with a very straight face. I said my bike already has pre-drilled routing holes, it shouldn’t take longer than 3 minutes to fish it through with magnets and he told me I don’t know anything about bikes… I guess you guys lost a customer and to any... read more
