Had an emergency with a broken break lever on a Saturday. Fixed on the spot. 5 mins max even tho I'd gone to another provider just before it who thought the pin had been bent while I broke off the lever. Highly recommend
I cannot rant or thank Bike Station enough! They are awesome, extremely knowledgable, professional, and have a "get it done" attitude! I broke my derailleur and they didn't have the correct model, so they took one from a new bike and had me back in the saddle in about 14 hours! In addition, the shop is super clean, cheerful, cozy with a a fire, friendly with dogs, and smells like an amazing flat white, which the owner will make for you. THANK YOU!!!!
I am starting my E bike journey and popped into get some advice and purchase a bike around $4000 mark. Was made to feel really inferior by the owner and was told “this shop dosnt play around in that sand pit “. These guys super kindly repaired my broken spoke so I could get home, despite it being last thing Friday on a long weekend. Really appreciated and will definitely be taking my bike to them next time I need a bike mechanic :-)
