I rented a couple of bikes for the weekend and from start to finish the crew at Hillside were amazing. The bikes were great and the trails you can ride straight from the shop are world class if you like steep loose rock slabs and chutes, and then some of the most fun fast natural flowing tracks too. Can't recommend enough.
I'm a very fussy customer and usually don't like out sourcing work and rather do it myself. However, I don't have much time these days between kids and work so I've had a couple of jobs done by Hillside Cycles. On the last job, I asked for a service on my wife's bike $175. They sent me a text to say the gear cable was split and they can replace, will cost $175.
