I called The Bike Shop south at 4:30pm on wednesday desperate as I had just had an accident with my bike and broke an essential part, with my Half Ironman race less than 2 weeks away. They let me bring in my bike immediately to try to get it fixed for me to be sure I could be race ready. I went into the shop knowing what I was looking for, but James R. helped me understand some of the differences between the key components and ultimately decide on the perfect bike for me. 10 out of 10 for customer service from James. He was very patient (not pushy), knowledgable, and keen to share that knowledge. He also Works in the mechanic shop in addition to customer service, so was able to sell me the bike and set it up for me.
