Very knowledgeable staff, great products and selection.
Best shop in the city!!!
I cannot believe how poor service is at this shop. Today I tried to book a service appointment for two trek bikes. Phone numbers are confusing. Goes to a central line to be transferred to specific store. First waste of time. Then I get to the store and am transferred to service department. He is not answering but no one knows that. I was impressed with their exceptional customer service.
