Three stars because of the experience at the service counter on 28/02/2026. I was told, “We’re just too busy—OMG—even if it doesn’t look busy, we’re way too busy to even think about looking at your bike. Try the North store.” I understand that shops get busy, and I was perfectly fine waiting up to five weeks for a rear derailleur replacement. I can’t recommend this shop enough. They sold me my first commuter e-bike at a great price, and they’ve been taking care of it ever since. Recently, I brought my bike in for service and had a couple of follow-up questions. Max and Doug took care of everything right away and made sure my bike was running perfectly before I left. I think I got the one thousandth review! Put a deposit on my first eMTN today and could not be happier. Last week, Calvin guided me through what I should consider and stay away from for now, very helpful. Then today, Todd helped me with a fitting on the right size bike that was brought in from another store for me to try.
