Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they provide an incredibly seamless process for interacting with bike/component manufacturers. They are easily the best and most reasonable shop in town for dealing with warranty claims. Also saved me in a pinch by having some obscure frame bolts in hand and ready to pick up same day. Overall I am really impressed with the knowledge and level of customer service that they provide.
The staff are always friendly to me and very helpful when I have questions.
