Super happy with the service and support from Lachy and Ian at The Bike Shop. We left our run too late for a birthday bike for our youngest son, the guys hustled hard and had a new Norco Fluid shipped up from Melbourne and got it built just in time for the big day. Same week, our oldest son decided to upgrade from his Stump jumper. Once again the guys hustled and got us sorted with another Norco, this time a Sight. I recently had front and rear brakes replaced through Chris and the team at The bike shop. Chris was extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had. The bike service was completed quickly and I couldn't be happier with both the result and the customer service. I will definately be back and would highly recommend
Great shop, very helpful and genuine service even with a busy shop. The younger bloke took time to show us how to fit up a tubeless rim on a mtb they were fitting. Tips n trick of the trade. Thanks again we will be back.
