Just recently had an amusing incident with my wheelchair spoke being kicked by a pony and getting snapped in half. I had always known that bike shops can fix wheelchair wheels and so immediately contacted The Bike Shop to get it fixed. Whilst there was an initial wait of about a week to be seen (much quicker than if I went through the NDIS), once the day arrived my wheel was fixed within literally 20 minutes. I came in thinking I needed a new pump because the one I bought months ago somewhere else had the wrong fitting. They could have just sold me a new pump but instead he showed me how to change the nozzle on the one I had. Good guy
I dropped in late this afternoon and needed brake parts, great help from the staff and everything fitted up easily. Will definitely just go here for anything bike related in the future. Couldn't rate these guys highly enough. Love your work. 🤙
