Spoke to Jai regarding advice on the purchase of a bike torque wrench. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. He offered to research which would be the most suitable for me; after consulting me he ordered a torque wrench, which arrived the following day. He then arranged a demonstration for me on how to use it. The whole team were friendly and very professional; you got the feeling they knew their business.!!
Came in because of a puncture. Sorted it for me straight away. Great Value and friendly service. Will be back
