10 minutes after walking in and waiting in the closet sized showroom I was finally greeted by the man working on a bike behind the counter. Without looking up he said "What do you want?". His wife who then enteredthe picture was not very friendly either but she at least was aware of it and said it was caused by a medical condition. between the high prices in the horrible customer service I could not recommend this shop to anybody.
