Came by looking for a beginner pair of shoes for a road bike. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted and helped. I was not sold the upper end stuff, got exactly what I needed in a courteous and efficient manner. I will come back.
The staff here have always treated me well. I visited the store with a safety concern on my hardtail right before closing on Saturday evening. I originally purchased the bike from this store 2 years ago. The techs were able to determine it was an easy fix and had my issue sorted free of charge. Ill be bringing my bike in for full service this fall. They also showed me some nice gravel bikes, and when I upgrade, it will be from this store.
