First time, but not last time customer. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Dropped off my son's bike on Monday hoping to get it back by Friday for a camping trip. Was completed and ready next day! Thanks to Russell for helping us out. I wasn't even aware this business was in Camrose until I Googled a local bike shop. More than reasonable shop rate, friendly and accommodated our time request.
Hubby and I just had the best experience two could expect at this shop. Hubby was having trouble adjusting the derailer after assembling my new bike. I called the shop, spoke to a person, brought the bike in. It was fixed in less than 10 minutes, and no charge. How can you beat that?
