My girlfriend bought 2 used bikes in a silent auction about a year ago. We finally got a chance to bring them in to The Bike Shop for a safety inspection and service. David and Chris have a great shop with outstanding customer service! David called us to say both bikes were ready. They looked like different bikes! Went in here to pick up some bits and bobs. Affordable, kind and helpful staff; really awesome having a bike shop (and a good one) in Cloverdale. Sorely needed!
This place is awesome, I bought a new bike and they checked it out to make sure it was all good, and Chris and David are the best and very helpful they deserve a raise! Will definetly be back that’s for sure! Thanks again Chris And David!!!
This is a great bike shop. The staff is friendly and honest. I purchased my new e-bike through the manufacturer, but needed someone to assemble it. I dropped off my box at noon (Thursday). They asked how soon I needed it. Told them I was in no hurry, other than excited to get on it and ride it. They said it would be ready the next day or on Saturday at the latest.
