If I could give 6 stars I would. This shop literally saved a weekend for me. And beyond just selling me a product, the owner went above and beyond. Broke a cleat in the middle of a 112 mile ride with buddies that flew in for this event. Came to the shop and they tried the cleats they had in stock, but unfortunately they didn’t fit. The shop owner called his partner at home, had them bring HIS cleats from his shoes - and gave me one gratis. Absolute hero in my book. 100% clutch citizenry.
In the middle of a 100+ mile ride one of my friends broke a cleat. We stopped here hoping for a fix to keep going. They didn't have the cleat in stock but without hesitation the owner called his partner to come bring one from home. Absolutely incredible and saved our day and our trip. These guys are awesome and super helpful.
My girlfriend bought 2 used bikes in a silent auction about a year ago. We finally got a chance to bring them in to The Bike Shop for a safety inspection and service. David and Chris have a great shop with outstanding customer service! David called us to say both bikes were ready. They looked like different bikes! New cables, new tire tube's, new seats, etc. Also both bikes were polished and looked brand new! These bikes are 70's era! Went in here to pick up some bits and bobs. Affordable, kind and helpful staff; really awesome having a bike shop (and a good one) in Cloverdale. Sorely needed!
This place is awesome, I bought a new bike and they checked it out to make sure it was all good, and Chris and David are the best and very helpful they deserve a raise! Will definetly be back that’s for sure! Thanks again Chris And David!!!
