I first went somewhere else and their prices were more expensive and it was going to take longer for them to help with my bike. The Bike Shop had everything I wanted, great prices, and they were able to help me right away.

Brent's customer service was excellent! We needed a bike rack fast, and he had one in stock, assembled and on our vehicle in record time.
After visiting every bike shop in town, Brent impressed me with how he took time out of his day to answer every single question without judgment to help me with my current and future needs. He was extremely cordial with everyone that came into the shop during my visit, and never pressured me at any time. While my new hardtail is awesome and everything I could ask for; knowing this community can support a local small business that loves this sport and community is even better!
