I vouch to say this is a great bike shop regardless of what some of the e-bike reviewers say as of late. This shop has expert staff and a wide variety of products. To boot, they typically host weekly road rides in the summer.
One star only because 0 is not a rating thats permitted. They are rude and treat you like you're less than human if you bought your bike from Walmart or other vender. They refuse to answer the most simple questions or offer advice to anyone that doesn't own a bike model sold by their shop. Condescending and self righteous behavior they were to the man in line before me and the same toward me. I went to Local Motion bike shop and the man even helped me fix my bike on the spot and didn't even charge me though I offered.
No real pleasure to talk with after I said I have a e bike.
