once bike had been delivered there was no delay in the guys building it. Collected and next day went in for a few adjustments which was no trouble at all. very knowledgeable and helpful and have told me to come back as much as I like for adjustments. Not just simply a sell you the bike and get rid of you, great personal service
Walked by, and through the window i saw someone with a jug of water pouring it onto a plant. Made my day, i love plants, love them being watered.
Staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and clearly care about their work. Came in as a new cyclist and they've been giving me great advice on how to maintain my bike whenever pop in for help (without judging!).
Great bike shop . Very friendly and efficient service . Prices are reasonable . Both Martin and Richard were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would fully recommend.
