I had an amazing experience with the bike route. Elijah, Jacob & Karen were extremely helpful when choosing options for purchase. I went with the new Soltera and absolutely love it. If any issues arise, they are there to help. 10/10 and all accessories I purchased were high quality. Really can’t explain how amazing this place is, from start to finish.

We were driving down to Key Largo for an event and stopped for the night in Naples. Unfortunately right before we left, one of the tires on my custom wheelchair popped a hole in the inner tube. The Bike Route was right near our hotel and we stopped by to see if they could help. They were extremely helpful, had exactly what I needed in stock to fix my wheelchair’s tire, fixed it super quickly, and pumped up both my tires for me! We were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. We have taken our old bikes to Bike Route for service and rented bikes as well. The staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly. When it comes time to buy new bikes, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The Bike Route is awesome. I chose it because they had a bike I wanted for my wife as a Valentines Day gift. While in the shop I was struck by the staff's friendly character. I returned a few days later to have my own bike repaired. The mechanics were very experienced, diagnosed the issue quickly and suggested a cost friendly solution. My bike was fixed while I waited....I've just found my new Naples Bike shop. 10 Stars
