Been there several times with my eBike. Every time they were able to service my bike quickly. Friendly staff, good service and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.
I bought 2 bikes from Bike Route over 7 years ago, when they offered a free tuneup for new owners (now costs $120)- I finally took them in for a tuneup and they not only reminded me about the offer, but honored it ($0 charges)! What a great business- I’m a customer for life now!
Great store knowledgeable staff
Great service with friendly staff. I brought my bike and the staff did everything possible to keep the cost as low as possible. Bike now works very smooth.
Great selection of e-bikes and very fair pricing. Marshall was excellent to work with and we are very happy with our purchase of two e-bikes. We can highly recommend the Bike Route!!
