I have been to the bike route several times now and have been helped every time with patience and competent and quality service. I am a relatively new bike rider and even though my e-bike isn’t one that the shop sells they are happy to help me with all the mechanical repairs and maintenance needed. I bought a uses Elliptical bike that needed service. The Bike Route quickly serviced it and I was ready to ride. So quick and affordable.
A little pricey at $120 for a tune up. Brake adjustment, front and rear shocks get air, light lube on the front shocks, shifting adjustment, seat post dropper adjustment and a “wipe down”of the gear and chain. I still have water stains from a rinse off a few weeks back so not sure what they wiped down exactly, plenty of sand and grease still there.
Incredible experience. Some other bike shops in the area (Naples cyclery) made me feel like a pest since I didn’t buy their expensive bikes. Not this place. The bike route is the BEST. Even though I did not purchase my bike at the shop they were beyond helpful to me and treated me with kindness and was happy to help with all of my questions. I ended up returning my bike back to canyon and they packed it up with expertise. Andrew especially is the best. Any repair need I highly reccomend taking your bike to Andrew.
