We recently purchased a Trek Allant from The Bike Place, the service was quite simply, sensational. My wife suffers from Parkinsons which the staff knew in advance and they suggested a cheaper alternative upon our arrival which happily was not necessary, but very thoughtful. From the time we arrived we were treated incredibly thoughtfully. Wish I could give 10 stars, thanks Mike.
Mike from the Bike Place was amazing with my bike service. I inherited an old bike that I wasn't sure what to do with. He was so informative and helpful, talking me through his recommendations. I know he treated my special bike with such care. I was also very pleased with the price! Thanks Mike and the team!
