20Jan23 1125 Awesome help from The Bike Man this morning! Came down to Whitianga yesterday evening with granddaughters' and wife's cycles. Pumped up the tyres this morning but one cycle had this weird valve. Forgot the pump in Auckland. Went to The Bike Man. Retired genius behind the counter said to me, You Need An Adaptor (see two in photos). $10 later I was on my scooter back to the beach house. Ten minutes later .. job done.
Great service. My bike is nearly 100 years old and this shop is the best place to go for service!
