Went to the Lab today not knowing anything and Jeremy was super helpful. He showed me all the entry level models, talked through the ins and outs, measured me and was just eager to show someone ( not buying a bike today) his passion for the sport and how to get involved. I will soon be purchasing a bike and 100% it will come from the Bike Lab. The Internet CANNOT make up for the in-person personal experience you get there!
