I had an odd experience at The Bike Lab. Two of the staff were polite. However, a third person (who I later identified as the owner) inexplicably made a misogynistic comment while the salesperson rang me up. Then, he said the only reason I or anyone else would listen to her is that she is attractive.

Love my new Specialized Allez and extremely glad I bought it from Bike Lab. The staff was awesome during the sale process. They are meticulous and make sure the bike they sell you is a perfect fit. Since purchasing, they have always been extremely helpful in educating me when I have questions.
I've been in for a new bike for my son and service on my bike a few times in the last few months and the staff is always knowledgable and helpful. In particular today I was having an issue with my wheel flatting with a trainer tire and they went above and beyond to get it right. I even learned a thing or two in the process. Great service and another reason to shop local. Thanks to you all!
Took my bike in for conversion to 1x drivetrain. It took 3 days for someone to call and discuss what I wanted to order, tech was mostly clueless and uncertain what to order, ordered what he thought would work and charged me for the parts. 3 weeks pass with vague excuses about wrong parts ordered when asked for updates. another week passes...tell me I can pick it up with wrong crankset while i wait on right crankset. 2 more weeks crankset comes in and they struggle with shifting but get it as good as they are able. Had problems with my bike shifting. I brought it in and they fixed it up great. It was affordable and they did it in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them!

I'm from OKC, but currently live in Plano. I was riding the Hotter'N Hell Hundred solo when I was passed by the Bike Lab's medium-paced group. They graciously offered to pull me and I rode at the back of their group for almost 10-miles of the rally. They were so friendly and nice. The hospitality was much appreciated!
