This place is SPOTLESS and I mean it. Jake is so annoyingly a perfectionist and a neat person that you know that's how he will take care of your bike too. He is very knowledgeable and professional and the quality of the service he provides is top notch!
The Bike Lab is incredible - highly recommended! Jake - the owner and mechanic - was amazing. He squeezed us in to fix our bike in an extremely timely manner during a short visit to Washington. And he went above and beyond to give our bike a quick tune-up in addition to fixing the crank problem. If you ride a bike in Anacortes, you should visit this shop asap.
Jake is great to work with. I truly felt like he undercharged me and my bike issues were completely resolved.
Jake is as solid as it gets. Quality work at a fair price. Brought in my new (new to me) Catrike recumbent for a little TLC and the once over. Some new cables & housing, tightened up the brakes, and trued the wheels. Quick and easy AND with a spot on quote up front. (Can I give more than 5 stars)
