Went to get new tires. Nick and Ashely both went out of their way to help me and make sure they sold me something that was compatible with my bike.
Ian from the plum location was very helpful in helping me and my wife pick out some mountain bikes today. First time dealing with The Bike Lab and the experience was fantastic. Highly recommend them
My Fiance and Myself just bought our first ebikes from here. They were so nice to us first timers and were full of knowledge, plus Oscar is so wonderful and a model for a picture. They even built her bike on the spot! These guys are the definition of kind professionals and we will be going to them from now on for all our ebike business and inquiries.
Jim and his crew are fantastic. Great local, family owned bike shop. They go above and beyond, and know what "customer service" means. I won't buy a bike, or have one serviced anywhere else
