horrible experience ordered a trailer for my bike they never shipped it I got one email had to call the store 4 days later never get any real service they just cancelled my order the absolute worst customer service experience ever
I rarely write reviews but I rarely get service this good. It’s too common these day to feel unwelcome and unwanted in a store. God forbid you need any assistance. Tim welcomed my family, took an interest in us personally, helped us find bikes. Gave us great recommendations around the city because we just moved here. When it was time to leave and I couldn’t fit my bikes in the car Tim assembled a new bike rack and installed it and showed me how to use it. This place is the example of how a business should be ran.
Always friendly, always smiling. I have never once walked in without a greeting which is refreshing! They have a wide variety in stock in the store when it comes to complete bikes but also loads of small parts, they have saved my weekend more than once!
