Had an issue with a roval wheel Spoke to Dave Quinn the owner who promised to sort it out.This was done without fuss I have been a customer there for over 20 years and never been disappointed I can thoroughly recommend the Bike Factory for everything cycling First class service
Visited the Bike Factory to purchase my son a bike as he'd won a voucher at school that was a bike factory initiative. They were really helpful and even had a record of when my brother and I got our first big bikes from them in 1994! Highly recommend.
