I popped in today enquiring about best options for a new saddle. They directed me to the bike shop next door which did a measuring service! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction and not selling me something that wouldn’t have been ideal . Love it

I first contacted The Bike Factory to see if they could help with my wife's 4 year old budget brand e bike that had been malfunctioning. They echoed the findings of my local workshop (Kelsall Cycles) that no fix was achievable, as they did not carry the diagnostic kit (or spares) needed. A lesson learned again - buy cheap, buy twice. Fantastic service experience. Thanks to Immy in the workshop for fixing my daughter's wheelchair wheels very promptly and being really kind and helpful. The other staff I spoke to were also really helpful. So much better than the rude and unhelpful staff at Evans Cycles down the road
