I called to get some information, and the owner that answered the phone was extremely rude, said he won’t help anyone if they don’t buy the bike from them even if I was willing to pay whatever it cost to fix, also my wife went in to ride a bike and the employee made it super uncomfortable for her to look for a bike to buy
Completely unfriendly
My son and I purchased two bikes. The service was very friendly and a good selection of bikes. I did have a problem with one of my bikes and he refunded me without any issue. The other bike my son loves and comes here for all his accessories. He gave us a great price on the bikes!
Great customer relations whether it be fitting, accessorizing, or service and maintenance of your bike. My choice for everything bike related!
I called for service and the man... (No gentleman) was rude. He could not be bothered. He actually hung up. My question regarded ebike sales and service. He promptly cut me off and again... Hung up. I would steer clear. Too many businesses in today's world to deal with such rudeness.
