Hi i finally decided To post about my experience With the Bike Den . I went in there one afternoon after work. I told the gentleman i had an E bike i would like have a part replaced on it. I had the part. First word out of his mouth was No. Again i said something about replacing the part. Again he said no several more times . Brought my bike in for a tune up and could not be happier with the service! Truly excellent work plus super friendly and helpful. Turn around time was fast and it’s the best comprehensive tuneup price around!! What’s more: my bike was still having issues with shifting gears a few weeks after the service and they had me bring my bike back. But it took me TWO MONTHS with my crazy work schedule to bring my bike in. When I finally did they fixed the issue right away no questions asked! Guy is a jerk, went there multiple times and either they are closed or they are completely unhelpful. Have no idea why they are business.
We were going on a one week vacation on the Cape when one of our bikes fell onto the pavement destroying the shifter and shift cable. When the Bike Den shop person saw that it was a RadPower e-bike he basically said “sucks to be you” and refused to help us. Who would want this type of person repairing their bike. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I called to get some information, and the owner that answered the phone was extremely rude, said he won’t help anyone if they don’t buy the bike from them even if I was willing to pay whatever it cost to fix, also my wife went in to ride a bike and the employee made it super uncomfortable for her to look for a bike to buy
