I'm very happy with the Bike Connection. They are faster than a fast food restaurant. I purchased my bicycle there after looking at the Price Club, K-mart, Wall-mart. I didn't want to tune up a new bike via adjusting every thing, air in tire etc... The selection is by far the best. The service was very good. When I get a flat tire or need any service some times it's no charge because I bought the bike there. If so, I'll give them a couple of buck tip. Once in a while I'll give them a 5 spot. I'll never go any where else!
I love this place. I have had my Cannondale tuned up here several times. They have always done a great job and have offered advice. They have some cycling supplies here, but it is mostly the bike (cycle) equipment that they have the most of. I have also had my kids bikes fixed here. Really well done! Fast, right on with their estimate and called me whenh it was done and offered to hold the bikes until I could pick them up later in the week. You just can't beat that. These guys generally do a thorough job in maintaining and repairing bikes. The store is a little crowded so I don't like to spend much time in there. In addition, their pricing seems a bit high which is why I don't buy anything from them. Otherwise, a great option for quick and dirty repair/maintenance.
This is a terrific neighborhood bike shop where they always go the extra mile ( no pun intended) . They helped me restore my vintage Peugeot and treated me like I was one of the family. Then as I got more into road biking they let me try out all of their models and gave me a great deal on my new beloved Specialized Roubaix. their mechanics are great and always helpful....they pack a lot of inventory into a small space while still maintaining neatness and order...I always go there for small parts or obscure items and they always seem to have what I need. one of the few bike shops my wife likes to go to because it has a warm and friendly feel.
This place is pretty good. The owner of the store is very helpful and gives good duidance in case you are new to bikes and want some pointers.
