Asked them to fix my bike because the brakes were not working and when I got it back it was squeaking and not working so we asked them about it and the guy continued to argue saying that it was like that and they didn’t do anything when I know it wasn’t like that before do not bring your bike there they will mess it up. Paid $100 for nothing.!
Came in because my friend broke a his brake lever on our trip to downhill parks across New England. They took the time to take a brake off one of their bikes for us to replace ours and did the work within a few hours. People were amazing and because of them we can continue on with our trip, on to the next mountain!

Went in looking for a used adult mountain bike and I wasn't disappointed. Decent selection and prices are fair. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm a returning customer. My first visit was in the early ti mid 90s, and I bought a Giant Iguana from them. I definitely recommend the bike barn.
I took in a very old Motobecane bicycle for a serious tune-up. They gave me a quote after looking it over and said it would be done in 3 days. The quote was quite reasonable, and became even more so when doing the work they found extra parts that needed to be replaced and they did the work (parts and labor) without adding anything to the bill.
