I purchased a home & the seller agent chose Big W law firm as the closing & title company. The staff was rude from the time we walked in. When we were escorted into an office, there were 3 papers spread on the table. “Rachel” said if you have any questions lmk. She didn’t even say what it was that I was looking at.
