Buyer Beware Our experience with The Big Screen Store and its President, Jason Brager, was extremely disappointing. We purchased two Parker House "Parker Living" genuine leather chairs, and one arrived with puckering leather on the arm. Despite repeated requests, Mr. Brager refused to send anyone to inspect the chair, replace it, or offer a refund. His communication was combative and unprofessional throughout the process.
