Buyer Beware Our experience with The Big Screen Store and its President, Jason Brager, was extremely disappointing. We purchased two Parker House "Parker Living" genuine leather chairs, and one arrived with puckering leather on the arm. Despite repeated requests, Mr. Brager refused to send anyone to inspect the chair, replace it, or offer a refund. His communication was combative and unprofessional throughout the process. The Big Screen Store in Annapolis, MD is AMAZING! Recently moved to Delaware and couldn’t find a local retailer to assist with purchasing and installing TVs. The Big Screen Store to the rescue! Darrell and Terry assisted with everything I needed and made sure I didn’t forget anything. They also helped me solve a major problem I had with a fireplace install (see pictures below). Would highly recommend this team for ALL of your TV and install needs!
