We ordered two of the same chair. We were told if they were in your warehouse it would take a few days. If they were not in your local warehouse it would take a few weeks. We did get the one quickly but the 2nd one took over a month. There was never a call from the store to keep us updated. We had to keep calling. Most times it went to voicemail with no return call.
