The owner was incredibly helpful in allowing me to pull off a birthday surprise for my son, which has raved about the service, repairs and all bikers needs at this establishment. My son won't shop anywhere else! Thank you for your kindness and businessmanship. < if there's such a word! ;)
Ive been to this store about 7 times over the past 3 or 4 months. Mostly just for odds and ends. Helmets, lights etc. The gentleman there is very helpful. He always spends a good amount of time explaining the nuances of this light or the pros and cons of this helmet vs another. I have purchased 3 bikes from him. Two city bikes and one used road bike. Not happy with the customer service. Went in to purchase some new shoes. Walked around store with demo shoe in hand for at least 20 minutes. Two employees were there, both handling personal business, neither asked if I needed anything. I'll go elsewhere to purchase.
