By far the worst online shopping experience ever. Don't order from this company, you will never receive your items.
WORST service ever. Promise shipment within 3 days. Then send me email to say Shimano warehouse are moving. I have no idea that Pearl Izumi is supplied by Shimano in Australia. I ask Geoff Hepburn (so called General Manager) to PLEASE let me know if they cannot deliver before end of the week as I need the clothes for The Gibb Cycle Challenge the following week. Prompt, friendly service and good advice on all biking needs.
Ordering online was very easy and the website quality great. Range and selection of products was excellent. The only thing that could have made my experience excellent was feedback that the product I ordered was not in stock and that it would take a couple of days for them to get it and then send to me. However, when I rang this was explained and the product was shipped very quickly from that point.
