Scott has been very helpful to us, very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes and he guided us in the right direction when looking for bikes. He took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. 100% recommended
I have been here a couple times, and both times left without getting much help. The first time I went, I was there with my significant other looking for a particular bike part. They didn't have it, and told us the bike wasn't worth fixing and tried selling us a new one. Their bikes are very expensive. They are brand name, so it is expected, but they are way overcharging. Owner is disrespectful and does not do a good job either, go to the shop in point Edward instead.
Diamond level service...owner (Nick...??? Maybe...) is exceptional, knowledgeable pro, old school style had all sorts of gorgeous high end stuff to sell...but still takes time to sell reasonable parts to the old guy on the 25 year old supercycle....not many shops left like this
