The old guy was very rude and confrontational for zero reason. Walked in there for a simple kickstand and he said he couldn’t order just 1 for me (ok that’s fair) so I asked for more info about the one I should order and he then proceeded to ask me where I worked, if I’d enjoy working for them for free, and to not BS him. Buddy, it’s a $30 kickstand. Shockingly rude over such a small thing. First and last time walking in there. Embarrassing really. Go somewhere else.
Scott has been very helpful to us, very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes and he guided us in the right direction when looking for bikes. He took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. 100% recommended
I have been here a couple times, and both times left without getting much help. The first time I went, I was there with my significant other looking for a particular bike part. They didn't have it, and told us the bike wasn't worth fixing and tried selling us a new one. Their bikes are very expensive. They are brand name, so it is expected, but they are way overcharging.
