Owner is disrespectful and does not do a good job either, go to the shop in point Edward instead.
Diamond level service...owner (Nick...??? Maybe...) is exceptional, knowledgeable pro, old school style had all sorts of gorgeous high end stuff to sell...but still takes time to sell reasonable parts to the old guy on the 25 year old supercycle....not many shops left like this
About a month ago, we had both tubes on my bike changed at this shop. At the time, the service was okay, and we even paid for the installation. However, after using the bike just twice, one of the tires went flat. We inspected it, thinking it might be a puncture, but that wasn’t the case, it looked more like a defective tube. Today, my husband went back to the shop to ask about it, expecting at least a fair solution. I had a placement at there in 2011 when I was student at Lambton College. Scott (owner) told me to modified the bikes and scott wanted the bikes get done by 10 minutes and there was more bikes in every 10 minutes which I can't because I am disabled. That was disrespected. I told staff from lambton college that I wanted to quit and never come back to there. I would give ZERO ZERO ZERO of 5 stars.
