He truly listened to me as a customer, not just another person buying a bike, and made the experience feel tailored and professional. Their customer service and attention to detail set them apart.
5/5 stars, did extremely well packaging my bike for shipping. Finished in a day, I highly recommend taking it here for any service or bike packing for shipping, $75 bucks even. Probably the cheapest I’ve heard. But anyways thank you bicycle shack for doing great work on my bmx race bike. Will definitely come back
