Jason and his wife were amazing! They came quite a distance to put our two trikes together!! We tried but just couldn’t do it. Ha He had two put together in about two hours!! Very friendly! Would definitely recommend. Thank you thank you!!
Took my propel bike there for the following: break bleed (front n back), break pad replacement, and rear tire replacement. I'd have to confess, the bike rides like it was brand brand new!! I couldn't get that kind of service from the Bluesprings store. They kept telling me the pads have been contaminated and they kept grinding the pads down until i had to get a new one. In short, the bicycle shack is the real deal!!
My first time visiting a Bicycle repair shop, my grands and I loved the experience! Although we learned that there’s many details that go into maintaining a bicycle for all different walks of life, we were not intimidated when offered great detail on how to ride safe and comfortably. Repairing my bike was affordable and I will be back. Thank you Jason for welcoming us with great customer service.
Jason & Mrs Jason Starforth are amazing, I purchased my 1st bike from them (his dad) back in 1995, and I’ve been rocking with them ever since. Several bikes later & they are still the best in the business!! Friendly, down to earth service, 2nd to none!!
