Visiting from Japan and rented a road bike for 2 weeks. Arrangements/reservation went very well and the bicycle was well maintained. Will surely use this service again if I have another long visit.
Been doing business here for years. Purchased a road bike from them a few years back that is still in excellent shape. Was here recently for the $99 tune-up mostly to have wheel truing performed. Got a notification the bike was ready after two days. Went in and checked out the bike noticing the wheels werent addressed, brought it up to the tech on duty who agreed and pulled it in to address it. Bought hard-to-find brakes for my mom’s bike here on Sunday. I goofed and didn’t have the needed tools for installation, so I had my mother bring the bike back today. Well, Alex turned it around the same day, which is above and beyond my expectations in this peak busy season. Thank You for being the best.
