Cannot recommend Matt and the team at The Bicycle Lounge highly enough - from my initial enquiry through to bike collection, the experience has been first rate. I popped in on my trip cycling around England and wales. Took a break in penalizing and needed a waxed chain. Tai (probably misspelled, sorry) and Sean were really sweet and helpful from the spot and I got my chain swapped the same day I came in! Brilliant! In addition they even checked my crank because it made some noise and made that work properly again, too. Also got some great recommendations for wales where I’m heading next! Can't thank Matt & team enough for getting me on the road with my new bike. The advice and professionalism throughout has been top quality, not to mention the quick turnaround time! Matt has kept me up to date throughout the process answering any questions I had and also providing a bike fit before and after the bike arriving. If you are thinking about buying a new bike, Bicycle Lounge is the place.
I’ve just purchased an Enigma Elan from the Bicycle Lounge . The whole experience and process was faultless from start to finish. Dealing with Matt was an absolute pleasure, his knowledge and guidance was invaluable and reassuring on bike choice. I could have chosen a closer shop to Oxford and to Enigma themselves but whole experience was worth it. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again.
These guys absolutely saved the day for me. My chain snapped 65 miles into a 112-mile ride, called them up and they told me to bring it in straight away. I jumped in a cab and was there within 30 minutes, they were already waiting outside when I arrived. Top team, had me back on the road in no time, all sorted within half an hour. Had a chance to browse the shop while I waited, some seriously impressive bikes in there. If I do upgrade, I know exactly where I’m going. Huge thanks for the support today, really appreciate it 👌
