So happy with the results, Had a thorough service and my gears and brakes are working like they are new, the bike feels brand new. Great to have a local experts to go to in Kensington/ Flemington.

Booked in online for a service on my mtb to be completed today. Recieved confirmation texts and a follow up texts confirming my booking. Turned up this morning at 0930hrs and no one was at the shop. I tried to call both numbers available on the website and no one answered the phone. I understand things happen in business but when they do please turn off your booking system and place a message on your phones to reflect this inactivity. Would not recommend A total waste of my morning
Their customer support is the worst, plain rude and when they make mistakes not even a single sorry or thank you. Lack basic human courtesy. Never going back to them
