Excellent customer service. Went with a e-bike issue and resolved quickly !
My son's e-bike was in need of repair. I was not able to get it to the Bicycle Cellar so I had it delivered on one of my delivery trucks when it was in the area. The received the bike, called me and we went over the repairs. They emailed me the quote, made the repairs, test rode it, I made the payment over the phone, had the bike picked up once again via delivery truck and brought back to us.
