We were on the rail trail and my son’s pedal broke. The owner happened to be testing a bike and saw us. He immediately helped and had his expert team repair the bike on the spot. They were skilled and friendly. Thank you all!
I will exclusively be doing all my bike related shopping at this store. The Bicycle Cellar and their employees are amazing members of our community. I took my bike for a tuneup last summer, and have gone back twice since then. I had an issue with one of my bike tires, brought it in, and it was resolved in 5 minutes; the tube and nozzle were crushed, simply pulling on the nozzle fixed it. Excellent customer service. Went with a e-bike issue and resolved quickly !
My son's e-bike was in need of repair. I was not able to get it to the Bicycle Cellar so I had it delivered on one of my delivery trucks when it was in the area. The received the bike, called me and we went over the repairs. They emailed me the quote, made the repairs, test rode it, I made the payment over the phone, had the bike picked up once again via delivery truck and brought back to us.
