Super helpful in letting me test ride the road bike I was looking for to get the feel for the size and ride. Very knowledgeable answering any and all questions I had. I know my bike is in good hands when they service and build my bike. My go to bike shop, full stop.
My husband and I rented E Bikes to do the Farmington Heritage Canal Trail. We did just over 40 miles into Massachusetts. We had a great ride and we're very impressed with the three different types of bikes available to rent. And they have a great crew working at the Bicycle Cellar. Very impressed.
Stopped in to get air in my bike tire and left a very happy customer. Two gentlemen helped me out—one of them was Walter I believe —and the service was outstanding from start to finish. They topped off my tire for free, no fuss, and then took the time to show me a mini electric pump that I ended up buying. I never felt rushed or upsold, just genuinely welcomed. If you’re looking for a bike shop where the people actually care, this is the place. Highly recommend.
