They messed up my bike then wanted me to pay them to fix their screw up. Make sure you demand an itemized receipt before you leave the shop so they can't deny that they worked on your bike. If they want to email your receipt to you, it won't show what you paid for. Even if you request it to be itemized by email you won't get it. They will never get another cent of my money.
Just bought a new bike from The Bicycle Cellar. I have not had a bike in over 30 years. They have a great selection of bikes whatever your level of desired fun or competition. The service, staff and selection was great. They custom fit my bike all in one day. Thank you to John for your advice and great service. I will definitely recommend you guys to my family and friends.
