Fantastic early 20th Century home located near Historic Downtown Denison and a short drive to Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino. Denison offers great locally owned restaurants, local breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Our home includes a master bedroom (king bed, tv, and on suite bath with his and hers closets) and guest bedroom (queen bed and tv) with additional bath downstairs. The upstairs is a great large private space (queen bed and tv). The outdoor space includes barn and fire-pit.
