This service falls seriously short in terms of reaction to acute mental health patients. They were totally unaware and unprepared for the gravity of the situation. Blank faces. Questions of a most basic nature addressed to an acutely ill mentally ill patient who was unable to respond because he was in the last stages of mental deterioration. All smoke and mirrors with a high turnover of staff with module based skills. Have done very little over the last three years. Lack empathy and still working from home. A busted flush. The building is empty. Needs to be turned into a Wellbeing Hub for the community. Shameful in my opinion. It needs to offer a service to fit the needs of the 21st century and levelled up to the standards of the South. The client should come first.
