Horrible customer service. Stephen would not take the time to read what I was saying in my conversation. He kept repeating the same answer that directly went against everything I explained. He would rather tell me that me and my customers are idiots, then look into the issue. It is not common for one of our customers to have this issue at any time, let alone 3 customers over one weekend. Stephen just blew off my concerns
