Mrs. Morgan (Tisha) is a very dedicated professional. She takes time to explain every step of each procedure she performs. She makes sure you a are comfortable before she proceeds with the test. I would and have recommended The Better Hearing Center to friends and loved ones. Tisha is a wonderful and competent hearing professional. She always take time to make sure all your needs are met and answers any questions you have. I would recommend Better Hearing to anyone who has hearing needs.
When I went for my hearing test , the owner was so nice and explained everything she was going to do!!After the test she went over ur results!!
It's so nice to go into a medical office these days and be treated with such kindness and professionalism as well. Mrs. Tisha is wonderful...she knows all the answers to your questions and will help in any way she can. She's knowledgeable and friendly a great combination in my book! I now hear better thanks to her 😊
Tisha was professional, positive and has a wonderful personality but her knowledge about the subject is very obvious. She answers questions in great detail and actually most questions are answered as she gives feedback. I am sooooo thankful that she was the Better Hearing Center I was given an appointment because even being a nurse I was quite anxious about the process.
