Very disappointed in the new locations. I came here to help treat my severe rosacea and I had a great first impression at the old location. Both technicians were knowledgeable and I achieved great results. I would never even consider going to a med spa in the back of a hair salon. Very Unhygienic! Hair products are known irritates to rosacea and I’m sure other skin conditions as well. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for more treatments. Your staff is a 5 star, but your location is shockingly now a 1 star if not less because of your new location,. I've been a client since 2007 and everything has always been a 5 star experience across the board. In my opinion, your Kincardine location is unsanitary because of a dog in the hairdressing area is allowed to run free everywhere (as sweet as the dog is), total lack of privacy because you have to walk through the hairdressing area and then you feel like you're walking into a closet for your treatment.
