The building is very luxurious, clean, and has very modern amenities. The staff is very courteous, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Great location in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Would highly recommend!

I was improperly trained. They decided they would put me on the Memory Care Unit by myself when with no training at all. Half the time the people scheduled do not show up and they are Poorly managed. I would have stayed had It been better conditions.
No way would I rate this place a 5 . They are not even on that level. Poorly ran staff and training and not even worth someone's time. Don't work there and do not allow your family to be in there either. They are better places. They will continue to keep hiring because nobody stays there long. It isn't rocket science to figure out tings about this place.
