The building is very luxurious, clean, and has very modern amenities. The staff is very courteous, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Great location in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Would highly recommend!

I was improperly trained. They decided they would put me on the Memory Care Unit by myself when with no training at all. Half the time the people scheduled do not show up and they are Poorly managed. I would have stayed had It been better conditions.
