They won't publish bad reviews for the bad products on their website. They sell a faulty 45 caliber pen. I've made three, and the click mechanism doesn't work on any of them.. I emailed tech support back and forth, and nothing got fixed or resolved. I've tried to leave a bad review for this product twice and so far, neither review has been posted. Watch what you buy. Only a 30 day return period.
Customer service is extremely important and friendly. They went above and beyond. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

I wasted a little over two hours of drive time to find out the showroom is closed until further notice. They have rinky dink paper signs up on their showroom door. I mean, why not update the website which has the showroom hours posted? Thanks for the wasted time and gas.
This is a great site for supplies and projects. Have unique items and some great looking classy pen styles. Look forward to making them. Will be shopping here more often
