Placed my order weeks ago, item has yet to ship. I contacted the company via email with no response. I contacted via phone and was surprised to learn the ACCOUNTING staff are now answering the phones as there is no customer service or operator working. Was transferred to two numbers to address my order, no answer. Dont order from this company they don’t value their customers.

J’ai retourné un manteau acheté en ligne. J’ai eu un courriel de Point Zero qui confirmait que le manteau avait été retourné il y a 17 jours. Je n’ai toujours pas eu de remboursement. J’ai envoyé un courriel au service à la clientèle. Je n’ai pas de réponse. J’ai appelé au Point Zero où le service à la clientèle est localisé à Montréal sur Chabanel, un message disait de rappeler plus tard.
