Great horse transporters. They were easy to work with. Communicated and provided updates. Took great care of the horses. Prompt pick up and on time delivery. Economical prices. I recommend them highly. Thank you Courtney and Josh.
Excellent communication throughout the haul. Pictures and videos sent very professional people. They were very kind to my horse when he got off he was not stressed at all! He also has an abundance of hay And water and rest throughout the trip! Would highly recommend for transport and thank you for bringing me my heart horse
I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience having a horse shipped with Benestar transport. Firstly, they kept moving their arrival time back every few hours: originally they said 1am, then it was moved to 3, then 4, and finally at 3:50am they told me they’d be there at 5:30. No explanation was given and no attempt at an apology was made despite me spending an entire night awake waiting for them.
