Contacted them to handle a rejected insurance claim on a hail-damaged roof. Blair was great. She updated frequently, let me know how it was going, and handled everything over email without much burden on my end. Ended up requiring a second umpire so the out of pocket cost was higher than I expected but they did get my roof replaced - so overall a win. If you're stuck in the insurance racket game - give them a call.
