This senior complex recently been in the heat regarding unsafe conditions for seniors. Their is a roach infestation in units, management takes months to respond to emails or simply does not respond at all, the on site staff keeps the leasing office door locked at all hours of the day (which is odd because if you need assistance then residents should be able to walk in), cars being towed (my relatives car was wrongfully towed and management did nothing!), washing machines don’t work, dryers don’t work, and the grounds are sev... read more
They are having too many issues including security breaches and strange people sleeping in all the common areas. I'm glad these issues are coming to the forefront now that it is election time. These politicians need to do more and enforce and create better policies to protect seniors and to protect tenants period. I find that in the state of Maryland justice always favors corrupt slumlords and low to moderate income tenants can't afford to get lawyers to fight for our rights. Modern, Well-Appointed Senior Residences designed with the active Senior in mind. This isn’t an “old folks” home. Apartment homes are contemporary with Granite countertops, dishwashers, microwaves, individual heating and cooling units, and in-unit washers and dryers. I’m trying to move my aunt here, but they never answer the phone and oftentimes are not in the office. I’ve left voicemail messages, but no response. I’m just trying to obtain information on the community and get on the list. It’s shocking that no one answers the phone, ever. What a lousy front office staff. Perhaps this is a sign to stand clear of this place.
